M&E CAD DESIGNER/DRAFTER (Building Services)
Main role and responsibilities
Conduct Site verifications
Prepare and submit design drawings in compliance with relevant authorities
Monitor and follow up on project statuses
Able to work independently and in a team
ITE/Diploma in Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience in design in an engineering consultancy firm.
Experience in authority submission especially with SCDF fire safety regulation.
Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Experience with E-corenet electronic submission process

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Design of mechanical services related to our expertise
Presenting of design concepts to clients
Prepare M&E cost estimates based on design scheme
Prepare technical specifications and tender documents
Review drawings, material submissions and RFIs
Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim
Carry out site investigation survey and submit technical reports
Manage projects from pre-development to completion
Attend site/technical meetings to resolve issues
Monitor and follow up on project statuses with contractors, architects and authorities
Monitor and follow up with authorities on submissions, inspections and issuance of certifications
Able to work independently and in a team
Main role and responsibilities
Degree in Engineering
OR At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in design in an engineering consultancy firm for diploma holder.
Experience in handling full cycle of building service projects and proven track record with strong background in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Design.
Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process.
Strong presentation skills

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Design of electrical services such as sub-station, small power, lighting, security system, data cabling, public address system etc.
Presentation of design concept report to client.
Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
Co-ordination of M&E services within the office.
Reviewing of shop drawings, material submissions and handle RFIs.
Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim.
Liaise with main contractor, architect, authorities to ensure technical compliance and timely completion of project.
Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.
Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.
Following up with authorities on submissions, inspection and issuance of certification.
